Urgent need of uninstall help?!!

This message when i downloaded the utility tool: " Microsoft Windows Installer Clean Up -- continuing further will make permanent changes to your system. You may need to reinstall some or all applications on your system that used the Windows Installer technology to be installed. If you do not want to proceed, please press the "Exit" button now. Choosing "Remove" will make the permanent changes."

I downloaded the "Microsoft Windows Installer Clean Up Utility" i need to remove the Adobe Reader 7.0.8 from the "Add/Remove programs" i am worried it will corrupt my installed Microsoft Office 2003, and (it will not function) that i have installed! The reason is ... is that i do NOT have the disk to reinstall it the Microsoft Office 2003! Please help and advise? Should i still proceed or not proceed?
