Adobe reader 8 -unable to launch,error code:2

I download the new adobe reader 8 but when I click the button to run it,it doesn't work and a message tells me :"unable to launch,error code:2". Then another ERROR message tells :"unable to launch installer. C:\DOCUMEN-1\PROPRI-1\IMPOST-1\Temp\adminstaller.exe . Create Process return code:2 ".
Moreover since then I can't open any word or rar file anymore on my pc and I can't unistall the adobe program because of an internal error 2203!!
HELP ME PLEASE!!
