the 2203 error is related to the patch package error 1635. Make sure that you have no earlier versions of Reader installed. If you do then use the Windows Installer Clean-up utility to remove any versions that will not uninstall thru the add/remove programs feature in the Contol Panel. this is covered in the KB doc: <http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=330497> Good luck!
