HI, I am having exactly the same problem. I assume you solved yours. Can you tell me how? I am also on XP, have tried to get my 7.0.8 uninstalled, gotten a patch program could not be opened error message, and could not download ADobe 8. Help. Please email me. Stan Diamond travelshow@aol.com
