Intermittent printing of PDF files on cd

I have a customer that gets PDF files from their customers created in Acrobat V6.0 on cd. Sometimes they print and sometimes they don't. They get other cds from other customers that print just fine. When the non-printing cd is removed and replaced with another cd they can print just fine. There does not seem to be any problems with the cd and it does this in three different computers. I have also checked the cd for viruses, there were none. Anybody have any ideas?
