Reader 8 Toolbar and Customization Wizard 8

I want to customize a transform for the Reader 8 toolbar to show additional buttons but I cannot find any place to do that in the Adobe Customization Wizard 8. Among the buttons I want to show are Open, Save, Search, Select Tool. <br><br>Can someone identify how to do this in a package with a transform?
