With the number of people reporting this problem, I am surprised that Adobe does not address it at all on the knowledge base. I for one, wanted to see the "user side" of Reader 8.0 before I upgraded my copy of Acrobat to version 8.0 After experencing this problem and talking to my clients, I'm not so sure that Acrobat 8.0 or Reader 8.0 is ready for prime time. Oh, yeah, the "automatic Rollback" uninstalled other previously working software that I had from Matrox Corporation. And this is all on a new computer with a freshly loaded operating system. Thanks a Lot! /s/ Bill Turner, wb4alm
