I received this message while trying to install a printer. I had just downloaded an update to Adobe Reader. The first time the printer software/driver disc what put it, I got through the install to the point of rebooting the computer. Upon the computer rebooting, the disc drive (which is a DVD) started at a high rate of speed. I ejected the disc thinking the disc might not have been positioned properly. When trying it again, and making sure the disc was properly seated, it started up again at a high rate of speed. Consequently, the disc has been ruined. Can any one offer any advice?
