Start from the standard Reader download location <http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html>, then click on 'Choose a different version'. This will guide you and let you select a version that is compatible with your OS. (Which is what, by the way?) 7.0.9 is the latest version of AR7.
