A user created an ID with a signature and messed up in the password stage. Couldn't use the signature becuase we didn't know what the password was. The user has now created a new ID but we need to get rid of the original. This was done from Adobe Reader. Has anyone had this happen and do you know how to fix it? Thanks :)
