Hi, Thanks for you input. The team for whom I was posting needs to keep the pdf in the process for internal reasons. In any case, they figured out a workaround for themselves: " We finally located a bulletin on the Adobe website which gave us what we were looking for. While they encourage users to upgrade to 8, they do make legacy versions available which leave all settings intact. After much testing the past few days we found we were able to push 7.0.9 with no negative impact to the business. We pushed that to our field users and all is well. " Thanks again, Ken.
