I cannot even deinstall the previous version anymore and, consequently, I am unable to install the new version. Therefore, as regards the Acrobat Reader, I am completely blocked. I have been working with this instrument on a daily basis.

The fact is: Adobe provide software that cannot be removed from the system. Thereafter, they refer the victims of their software simply to a number of forums which add to the confusion rather than resolving the problem, instead of offering the clientele the possibility to send a mail directly to the company enabling the customer to document his request by attachments.

Adobe clearly are case for legal action and consumer organisations as well as the press all over the World should be informed about their outrageous way of doing business.
