Our company are experiencing a similar issue with the same printer, as the latest firmware / drivers do not fix the problem according to previous posts we are not prepared to update firmware / drivers company wide. HP LaserJet 2420 PS (60.42.108.11) Firmware 20041129 08.107.2 The source of our reports is SQL Reporting Services although I don't know if it has any bearing on the matter. If Adobe would like to contact me regarding debug dumps extra logging information then feel free. Matt
