Hmmmm that is interesting, I know that we redistribute Reader8 via group policy and have a transform which agrees to the EULA and installs the web components, but I didn't do this personally so I don't know what other options were ticked / ignored. Our database uses the PDF viewer for previewing / printing orders / quotes / invoices etc generated from Reporting Services so this had been a considerable pain for the last couple of days. Im very happy I stumbled upon your thread! I mentioned the post to our sys admin and the other drivers and he decided to swap them over in a few minutes and as you stated it fixes everything. So whether this is a fault with the PS which the HP driver spits out or the parsing by Adobes AGM.DLL I am not sure.
