My reader (7.0.8) suddently has stopped reading. When I try to uninstall it to add a newer version (8), I receive the following message:"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer patch package". When I try to download a newer version without removing the older version, my computer will not accept the newer version. HELP!!!
