Brenda: Cleansweep will NOT get everything. You say that an older version is being referenced. Try running the Windows Install Cleanup utility from the Microsoft site. Then run Crap Cleaner (FREE) and possibly Ashampoo's WinOptimizer (better than Norton IMO and a FREE Trial). If these fail, then you will have to consider editing the Registry. See other posts on this. James: Windows 95 is not supported because Microsoft has ended the "life cycle" for it. This is in part true for Windows 98 as well. If you have an older machine, you are probably stuck with what you are using. A newer (<3 years old)one with a fairly fast processor and 256 megs (512 is better)RAM and Windows XP or Vista is fine.
