Deleting Speed Launch and Synchronizer

I know its possible to delete Speed Launch from the start up with the Adobe Customization Wizard but does anyone know how to permanently remove the Synchronizer? I'm building a transform for this MSI and am trying to clean up the package since its so bloated. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
