Trying to download the 8.0 version; the following box pops up DLM EXTRACTOR the dlm extractor has incurred an error and needs to close. was on the phone with dell for over an hour and was told to try to defragment, which i did and it didn't make a difference prior to doing this download, the version that i was using was 6.0 and it worked until a couple of weeks ago; lately i could not view any pdf files? also, recently downloaded internet explorer 7.0?? any relationship to this problem?
