Dean - Once you've downloaded and installed MS Windows Clean Up Utility...run the program and carefully select ONLY Adobe Reader... That should correct any anomolies in previous versions of Adobe Reader that you have on your computer...and will allow you to "uninstall" them and then upgrade to the newest version 8.0 of Adobe Reader.
