I would love to uninstall Reader 8 so that I can install \ run a previous version that included My Bookshelf for example and did not have all the reported issues of 8. How do I do that? Windows Control Panel reports that 'You must install a Windows Service Pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer Service.' I am running Windows XP SP2. Can someone help?
