Page output problem

Hi

I have Adobe 9 , when I start up a particular file useing Adobe reader the page output is not very clear , but the strange thing is when I put my mouse pointer on the right side scroll bar , a miniture srip comes up of that page and it is crystal clear , anyone have any idea !! .
