Seems 8.0 is selective in which .pdf it wants to print. I am able to print some pages, e.g., account statements from some vendors print nicely. But one and ONLY one, Bank of America, prints only the boilerplate info which follows the most important page, the first page, i.e., the account activity for the month. Strange.
