Publisher to PDF---help please!!!!!

Hello I am new to the forum. I have created a MS Publisher document converted it to a pdf document and sent the document to my commercial printer for printing via email attachment. When i opened the pdf document it showed my ad twice. I have done everything to try and get it to change but i cant figure it out. I never use Publisher or Adobe reader or acrobat reader so i dont know how to fix it. The magazine i sent the file to said that they need a new pdf with just one ad on it but i cant seem to figure it out...please help...i have been looking all over the internet for answers. thanks
