Well, I had started in add/remove and advanced to the others. I'm comfortable with digging things out of the registry. I know how to back up, etc., but thanks for the reminder. And, especially thanks the response. So -- this is an issue others have experienced? Do you know why the update failed in the first place? I'm just curious. Thanks.
