I have the same problem with my Canon Image Runner 6570, I was able to print fine with Acrobat Reader 7.9 but when I saw there were some security flaws and that we should update to 8.0 my office did. Now none of us can print to this printer from a PDF It makes me pretty angry when a company puts out a product and provides no documentation on how to remedy this. I have not been able to find one mention of this in their KB and this is the first I have looked in the Forums, Glad I am not the only one having issues and it seems to have nothing to do with the printers has everything to do with this unrefined product.
