We are upgrading all PCs to Adobe Reader 8.0. On a test PC, When you click "Customize Toolbar" the Comment and Markup Toolbar is not available. It mentions enabling document rights. We never had to enable Document rights before. The Text Select Tool and other toolbar items that appeared by default do not appear now. How can we put the Text Select Toolbar back on the main toolbar?
