What's up with the ftp site?

You can log in, but data connections fail. I've tried it with several different applications and several different OSes. No dice.

It looks like you're being redirected to a private IP:

Connecting to ftp.adobe.com|192.150.18.26|:21... connected.
Logging in as anonymous ... Logged in!
==> SYST ... done. ==> PWD ... done.
==> TYPE I ... done. ==> CWD /pub/adobe/reader/win/8.x/8.0/enu ... done.
==> PASV ... couldn't connect to 10.171.12.201 port 25164: Connection timed out
Retrying.
