How to set up password for .pdf in Adobe Reader 8.0?

Hi all,

I'm trying to set a password and on that way to protect my .pdf document. The document was originally created in MS Word and then exported in .pdf., but now I cannot set password to protect it against printing, copying,etc.
In previous versions (even 6.0) of AR it was possible on very simple way because those versions had simple option for that. Here...no way.

Any help? It's urgent!
