Cant print the data entered in a pdf form - PLS HELP !!!

I am sure that this is just as simple as a tick in a box, but cant find it anywhere...
I have just filled out a PDF form, and when i go to print the form it simply prints without any of the data entered.

does anyone have any ideas?
