Layer Information Displays Incorrectly

I have a PDF drawing of a sub-division that shows roads, parcels, streams and hydrants. When I move this file to my laptop and open it, the hydrants show as red exclamation points, everything else looks OK. I am running Windows XP and Acrobat Reader 8.0. This is the only laptop that is giving me trouble, any suggestions???
