I gave the pdf to Office depot and they were able to print it without
the lines but I don't know how to.
They probably weren't using Reader.
Is there a way to highlight a section of the page and print just that
section for all pages?
Use the snapshot tool (looks like a little camera), select the area, go to File>Print, make sure "selected graphic" is selected (should be by default), hit print.
Or a way to zoom in and print the view only?
Same thing only zoom in on the area before selecting.
