Reader 9 submitForm problem

I have a PDF that is enabled for commenting in Reader. It contains a JavaScript that allows a commenter to submit comments (as XFDF) for processing. In Reader 9 when comments are submitted sometimes the contents of a comment are missing from the XFDF. It appears to be always the last annotation added. We have not been able to reproduce this problem using Reader 7 or Reader 8.

Here is a part of the script that submits the comments:

var myURL = "http://...";
var fields = new Array();
this.submitForm({
    cURL: myURL,
    cSubmitAs: "XFDF",
    aFields: fields,
    bAnnotations: true,
    bInclNMKey: true });

Anybody have any ideas about what is going on here?
