Eric, This means the installer could not create a temporary file needed to install the product. This can happen if 1) You don't have room on your computer or if you have too many temporary files in your temp folder. First remove all temp files from your temp directory and make room on your hard drive if necessary. 2) A computer program like a virus checker or spyware checker refuses to let you create the file. If this is the case turn them off before installing the program. 3) It could happen if you don't have administrative privledges. 4) You are trying to install onto a CD-ROM (unlikely). ...Mike
