Collate copies when printing

Hi, I have a problem with the Acrobat Reader 7.0.0. I want to print several copies of a document. The problem is that I need that always the first pages of all the copies print first. When I click on the "Collate" box, it does the same thing as when I dont clik on it. This is an important thing because I need to print a lot of copies, and I don't have time to order all the pages.

This only happens with the Reader, if I print sth with microsoft word, it works. And all the other choices, like printing horizontal, or two pages in the same paper, also work. Is only a problem of this command.

Need an answer as fast as possible... Thanks!
