Where can I find an Acrobat 8 document?

A number of acquaintances use alternate PDF viewers, and they keep asking me what is so much better about Adobe Reader 8. My reply usually is that the alternate viewer 'probably' cannot handle Acrobat 8 documents.

I would like to show them a PDF file with Acrobat 8 features, e.g. savable forms. Anyone knows of any public downloadable PDF files with some typical Acrobat 8 features?
