Hi I had same thing! You just have to rename the file so it has only English letters, or only numbers. Then you can convert from scan file into PDF.

You have to rename the file name, from Russian Font (Cryllic) to English letters and it will work! Before I was struggling for long time trying to open the file, with adobe photo shop and then saving it in PDF it takes time and the size of the file becomes large.

I hope it works!

Best regards,

Igor :)

P.S. please write if it doesn't.
