I created an Acrobat Reader MST with the customization wizard. The app installs properly and I was able to get rid of the EULA and set a few options. Unfortunately when the user goes to open a PDF thru IE (tried on ver 7 and 6) we get the following error:

"There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Please exit Adobe Acrobat/Reader and try again."

There is only one option "OK". After pressing OK the PDF opens fine.

If I install the reader manually, it seems to work fine.

Google groups and web returned only one hit each and no answer. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried this on 2 Dell Optiplex desktops both with Windows XP SP2 and 512Mb of RAM.

Installed with MSIEXEC.exe /I "location\acroread.msi" TRANSFORMS="location\user.mst" /qn

I tried once by calling this command thru Wininstall, tried once with running the command above in Start/Run. Same result.

Customization Wizard 8 was used on Adobe 8 just downloaded
