I just downloaded Reader 8 and I'm not able to sign PDFs, even though it gives you directions on it in the Help menu! After doing some research, I saw info on Adobe's Reader Extension software that you can put on the server to allow Reader users to sign PDFs (http://www.adobe.com/products/server/readerextensions/). Another example of Adobe extortion. Gotta love it.
