I am so frustrated, I have tried everything to install the Adobe 8.0 reader and whenever it gets to the installation it gets stoped by this cannot delete pdfshell.dll message. I have tried everything to remove it but it continues to tell me that access is denied. Please help if anyone has any suggestions, I have working on this for 2 days.
