Installing Data Analysis Plus with preloaded Adobe Reader 7.0.8

Hi. I am trying to load Data Analysis Plus 5.0 (for Excel) onto my computer. I have Vista. The disc is made for XP. When installing the program it won't go past the read me text. I hit Next but it just goes in a loop. I thought this might be because of Vista not being compatiable with Reader 7.0.8, which is preloaded as the installer on the software. Does anyone have any idea how I can change this so my computer will install the software? Thanks.
