Is it possible to accelerate the hand tool to scroll faster when grabing a pdf document. In other words if I use the hand tool to grab and drag the page it moves the page up or down at a certain rate of speed which I feel is a bit slow. Is it possible to accelerate the scrolling speed of the page relative to the movement of the hand tool?

Thanks
