I work in a music licensing company in New York. We distribute many, many song licenses to publishers, and it is ideal that we have an easy to read and semi-permanent record of each deal that we make. We like to use Adobe reader to save our license contracts, but it is ALWAYS a pain to convert thousands of pages of licenses into Adobe.

With A-PDF tools, the process of saving Adobe files has become infinitely easier for me. After the file conversion from Word, I now have the ability (with the aid of spreadsheets) to organize my licensing contracts by name, each in its own PDF file. The program is so easy to use; it is four steps, and each takes about 2 seconds to accomplish. I would recommend using A-PDF tools to ANYONE who spends a lot of time using Adobe.
