Everyone, I am using Acrobat 7.0 Professional edition. In MS Access, I am using the following lines of code to open and print the document. sAcrobatReaderExe = "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0 Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" retval = Shell(sAcrobatReaderExe & " /t " & " " & strFolder & strFile) However, each time I loop through this code anothe instance of Acrobat opens up. Is there a command line switch to close the file? Thank you mikecj

Hi Michael - I am actually doing something similar and trying to find out the solution also. If you find out away apart from this posting, if you would please post on here that would be great. I'll do the same.
