not able to open pdf created by quicken

am able to open pdf from the internet such as anual reports from my broker only the problem is that reader will not open pdf files that are created by quicken is this a problem with quicken that quicken refuses to admit because they tell me there is no problems

How are you trying to open it (clicking on a web link to the PDF...etc?) What exactly happens when you try? What version of Reader?

created the file by the export to pdf function in the quicken view reports then trying to open the file that quicken created

Yeah but, what happens when you try? Error message? Nothing? What? It makes a difference.
It might be good if you could create a test file from Quicken as well and post it somewhere to look over. My "guess" is that it's going to be on the Quicken end of things but it's hard to say without seeing the file or at least knowing what happens when you open it.
