Hi,
when I try to open any pdf created in Adobe reader 5 or 6 , with Acrobat professional 7.0 I get message :error reading document. After confirmation of this message blank page appears.
I appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks for your time.

Bibi,

Reader doesn't create pdf files. Are these files you are having trouble 
with mailed to you? Downloaded from the internet or previous files that 
worked fine and were stored on your computer. What is your OS? Do you 
really have Acrobat Professional 7? Or are you trying to open Acrobat 
Professional 7 pdf files in Reader 5 or 6? If so not all Acrobat 7 pdf 
files can be opened in earlier versions of Reader.

BTW, what OS are you using. Adobe doesn't recommend having Reader 5 and 
6 on the same machine.
