I have been attempting to fax using the Windows Faxing function. However when I attempt to do this I get the following message: The instruction at "0x7c910e03" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written. Click OK to cancel program or click cancel to debug program. Can anybody tell me what this means? Until I updated to 7.08 I had no problems faxing my pdf documents. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but still the same message. Thanks

Okay - sorted it. Had to upgrade printer scan software to deal with the latest version. Just wish HP and Adobe would let people know.

There is no way for a company like Adobe to keep up on the printer drivers for all printers from every company. However, when there are such problems, I am sure there is a knowledge base article that recommends updating the printer driver ;-) Mike
