I downloaded an application. The company stated on its website to download the pdf, complete it with my application information, then send the completed pdf application form to them via email. I cannot edit or add any information to the pdf using my Adobe Reader. How can this application form be used as directed? Time is of essence.

Ask them to send you a fillable form. Apparently, the PDF you downloaded isn't.

even if it was fillable, reader can't save the pdf with the form data, so it would be impossible to email it back to them.
