Hello, I have a recent problem with files that contain images (and some files that are only images). Whenever I open them I just get a grey blank file. I know that the files are okay because I have tested the same files on other computers. This started after I repeatedly crashed the program (another story). I have all of the updates and am not sure what else I can do (other than reinstall).

Enable 'View large images' in the preferences of Adobe Reader.
