Hello,

I have successfully opened pdf files in the past but lately I get a message that says 'insufficient data for an image' before the file opens and when it does open it is blank.

I have upgraded to the latest version of reader 7.0.8, but it has not corrected my issue.

I appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks for your time.

So, you get this message for all PDFs that you open?

Well, I thought I did but it appears to just be those created by Illustrator, not acrobat.
