I recently updated Adobe Reader to 7.08 on my Mac G4 with OSX 10.4 . Safari now does not open PDF files automatically, it asks which application to open files. Is there a way to configure browser to work as previously opening PDF's automatically.

I am having this same issue, Firefox displays a plug-in and prompts you to download the new acrobat reader, which does not solve anything. I have been looking all over the place for a fix, but have not found one yet.
